Still aglow from the warm successes of last year's contest at MOT '03, plans for the famous CD contest you all have been waiting for are commencing. Again, prizes have been donated by ZOINKS! a terrific toy store in Boston and Providence. Some of you will recall the die cast set of MINIs awarded last year...well, just you wait!

This year's contest will have some slight differences in the rules but one imperative will remain set in NH granite. This is and will always be jcsinnh's contest and jcsinnh will determine who wins. Forget the logic, forget the objectivism.

Car owners submit a list of 5 songs that, in their estimation, best characterize the thrill, the spirit, the angst, whatever of MOT. It's 5 this year because of the anticipated mob scene and limited judging time. jcsinnh will then choose the list he think's is best et, voila!, a winner.

Simple until you try to put together your list. Songs can be of any type but should not be obscure or home-grown. Last year he was in a Blues mood but themes from Saturday AM cartoons and Monty Python songs were right up there. You never know.

Now, for an extremely limited time, jcsinnh will take suggestions re the contest mostly because he likes seeing his email grow and his name on the screen. And this is America still, right? So if you have thoughts about the mechanics of the contest or just want to sing the praises of....jcsinnh, PM him with your drivel and he will report back on suggestions of merit.
